This is a consequential update to the City’s previously reported animal-control review. It confirms the dog’s disposition but does not conclude the municipal investigation or establish further bylaw findings.

The earlier City notice said the RCMP had advised that its investigation found no criminal activity and that the dog was reportedly tethered rather than at large.
