Nunavut communities remain heavily dependent on satellite-based connectivity, and the proceeding specifically asks how funding rules should be adapted for Indigenous applicants. Questions include whether application deadlines, eligible costs, reporting requirements, upfront funding, training support, outreach and assessment rules should change.
