The general fund reported $21.49 million in revenue and $19.72 million in expenditures through June 30, producing the stated $1.77-million year-to-date surplus. The land fund reported a $1.25-million surplus, sanitation reported a $1.86-million surplus, and water and sewer reported a $7.88-million surplus.
