The Canadian Coast Guard says it completed Exercise ARCTIC GHOST near Cambridge Bay from Sept. 15 to 19. The Canadian Coast Guard announced Sept. 24 that its ship Des Groseilliers completed Exercise ARCTIC GHOST in the Cambridge Bay area. HMCS Robert Hampton Gray, Canadian Armed Forces personnel and RCMP partners took part.
