The project dashboard identifies the applicant as the Government of Nunavut’s Municipal Works Division and describes a proposed new water-treatment building, treated-water storage, process-waste tank and an expanded raw-water reservoir. The project description says the replacement facility is intended to provide 20 years of capacity based on projected population growth.
