CRTC extends Broadband Fund application deadline to Oct. 15

In brief

The CRTC has extended the deadline for its fourth Broadband Fund call from Aug. 13 to Oct. 15, 2026. The call could support projects that improve internet service in underserved and satellite-dependent communities, including potential projects in Nunavut. It is an application deadline change, not a funding award. Source
